As President of APWC Dallas, she is passionate about building a strong community where women across the construction industry can connect, grow, lead, and create meaningful opportunities for one another.
Shadan Buckalew

Shadan recently moved into commercial roofing after a year in environmental consulting and 18 years growing land-surveying companies. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and is passionate about leading, mentoring, and building efficient, scalable operations.
