Delaney Broyals

Delaney Broyles is the President of APWC Texas and Business Development for Korner Interior Solutions, specializing in luxury cabinetry and closets in DFW. She loves partnering with homeowners to bring their renovation visions to life, guiding each project from consultation through design and build with care, expertise, and a focus on making the process enjoyable and stress-free.

Delaney treasures APWC for the friendships, mentorship, and sense of community it provides. She’s passionate about empowering women in the construction industry, helping them grow, connect, and succeed, and inspiring the next generation of women leaders to chase their goals with confidence.

Shadan Buckalew

Shadan recently transitioned into the environmental consulting industry and is excited to make an impact using her leadership, experience, and technical expertise. She spent 18 years in land surveying, where she helped grow firms significantly—scaling one company tenfold early in her career and later expanding a small firm into a thriving business.

With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Shadan brings strong technical insight along with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and client service. She’s also been deeply involved in professional organizations, holding leadership roles and even helping build one from the ground up.

Driven and growth-focused, Shadan excels at improving operations, scaling businesses, and expanding into new markets across Texas.

CEO and majority owner of All Tech Electric, LLC.  All Tech is an electrical contractor & 2nd generation family business established in 2003 with offices in Texas and Ohio. 

Sana Samar

Sana leads the financial and operational functions of SMR Construction, a Dallas-based general contractor specializing in federal, state, commercial, and industrial construction. As SMR continues to grow its commercial portfolio, Sana enjoys building relationships and connecting with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners throughout DFW.

A firm believer that strong relationships are the foundation of successful projects, Sana is passionate about financial stewardship, operational excellence, and building meaningful connections. She enjoys giving back through APWC and helping build relationships, foster mentorship, and create opportunities that strengthen women in the construction industry.

Sarah Edward

Sarah is an Outside Sales Representative with Dillard Associates, where she works closely with MEP engineers and general contractors to help keep projects moving from design through construction.

She genuinely enjoys building relationships, connecting people, and being a resource for customers throughout the process. As APWC's Marketing Director, Sarah is excited to share the organization's story, highlight its members, and create opportunities that bring women in construction together through networking, education, and community.

Julia Mangimelli

Director of Membership

Julie is an Account Executive with MRI Software's ApartmentData division and has been part of the multifamily industry since 2011. After leaving a career in teaching, she spent several years working onsite before joining ApartmentData in 2016. Today, she helps multifamily professionals across the Sunbelt markets access critical market intelligence, property data, and industry trends that support smarter business decisions.

Julie has a passion for customer service, training, and helping people succeed. She believes strong relationships are the foundation of any successful partnership and enjoys connecting industry professionals with the resources they need to grow.

Having joined APWC Texas in 2025, Julie is excited to serve as Director of Membership. She is passionate about the organization's commitment to empowering women, fostering meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth within the construction industry.

Debbie Hawkins

Director of Philanthropy

Debbie leads our philanthropic initiatives, helping strengthen community partnerships and expand our impact across the Metroplex. She currently serves as Vice President at Business Interiors, a woman-owned company serving the DFW market for over 55 years. With more than 20 years at the firm, she leads the mid-market division, driving sales growth, profitability, and strong client relationships.

With 35 years of business development experience in Dallas, Debbie is also deeply involved in commercial organizations and philanthropic efforts throughout the region.

Zoe DeVaney

Zoe DeVaney is a dedicated business development consultant at BECI, a Building Envelope Consultancy firm.  With years of experience in the AEC industry, she is passionate about building meaningful connections and creating engaging events for our members and guest.
