Pam Donaldson

Gordon Highlander

Pam serves as Vice President of Community Development at Gordon Highlander, where she leads trade partner and client relationship management along with community outreach initiatives. A founding board member of APWC Texas, Pam has held numerous leadership roles, including President (2020–2022), Past President (2022–2024), President Elect (2018–2020), and Website Director (2016–2018). She recently served as Past President/Advisor on the newly launched APWC Texas – Austin Chapter Board (2024–2025) and continues her leadership on the APWC Texas Governance Committee (2024–2026). Pam played a key role in launching the Austin Chapter and has assisted with the Houston Chapter launch. Her passion lies in championing women in construction and commercial real estate, giving back to the next generation, and creating lasting impact through servant leadership and strategic vision.

Shelley Hines is the President/Owner, strategic planner and financial leader for DCG Environmental, (DCG) an Asbestos and Mold Consulting Company. Drawing upon a successful career in the corporate world, Ms. Hines’ vision and business expertise enabled her to create a growth plan and organizational structure for the company which has allowed it to thrive and remain competitive. Her focus on customer service, team cohesiveness, training, innovation, and financial responsibility have allowed DCG to grow quickly. Shelley believes that honesty, integrity and responsibility are the key values that make DCG successful!

Marie Rutledge

Marie has served on the board of APWC and currently contributes her expertise as a member of the Marketing Committee. She has played a key role in growing the organization’s visibility through thoughtful, strategic marketing. Giving back has always been important to her, and she remains active in community efforts that connect people and create meaningful impact.

Chelsea McCoy

Liaison Member- Austin Chapter

Texas Traditions Roofing

Chelsea McCoy is the Account Manager at Texas Traditions Roofing, a commercial roofing company. With a strong background in sales and Purchasing Cooperatives, Chelsea is focused on driving growth in the public sector. She specializes in collaborating with school districts, cities, counties, and other government entities. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys working out, running, hiking with her dog Lincoln, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
